For guide rail equipment, it can be said to be an important device in our current industrial machine tool applications. As a transmission component, the guide rail plays a significant role in the application of machine tools, and its operation directly affects whether the machine tool can work normally!
To install the micro guide rail, we first need to calibrate whether the guide rail is horizontal, put two equal height rulers on the installation base surface, and then adjust the base level. This way, we can see if the micro rail machine is level. Then you can check the roughness, flatness, and straightness of the base surface of the guide rail.
In general, we usually use a straight line near the right column of the micro guide rail as a reference. If we find that the chamfer is too large or protruding, we should use a file in a timely manner, otherwise it will affect the precision of the guide rail and thus affect the working effect of the slider. The guide rail should be locked with threaded holes here.

At the end of installation, attention should be paid to whether the screw hole position on the micro guide rail is correct, and the center distance should be greater than or less than 0.1mm. After installation, check for any scratches or rust, and remove burrs, impact protrusions, and dirt from the assembly surface.
It is also important to implement it on the premise of ensuring correct installation, otherwise inaccurate installation may directly affect our use.
