The ERWEKA ZT 720 series fully automatic disintegration time limit tester uses a uniquely designed magnet and sensor to automatically determine the disintegration time of the sample, and can also determine whether the test sample has completely disintegrated. ZT 720 can be equipped with an independently driven testing station for one workstation (ZT 721 type) or two workstations (ZT 722 type), and is equipped with a circulating heater. Its temperature sensor PT100 can constantly control the temperature of the water bath. The ZT 720 series is programmed through an innovative 7-inch touchscreen, capable of storing and retrieving results and parameters for up to 200 products/methods. Choose the basket type that suits your personal needs: Type A basket with 6 test tubes for regular pills, and Type B basket with 3 test tubes for larger pills (according to USP/EP standards). The detachable acrylic water bath equipped with an outlet valve has no dead corners inside, making it easy to clean. Test data can be exported through USB and LAN interfaces.

All the above functions can be easily operated through the touch screen display. The ZT 720 is equipped with 4GB of memory and can store up to 100 methods and approximately one million test results, which can be displayed and exported at any time to ensure that no test results are lost. The comprehensive and integrated calibration function ensures the accuracy of the measurement results, and records the calibration process in detail: it is a perfect combination of convenience and functionality.
