The rotor is located below the rotating material box and is relatively offset from the center of the feeding hopper.

When the disc crusher is working, the rotor is driven by the motor to rotate at high speed, and the feeding hopper also rotates slowly under the drive of the motor. The material is fed into the hopper by the gripper, and the feeding teeth on the inner wall of the hopper will evenly distribute the material onto the rotor while rotating.

The high-speed rotating rotor of the disc crusher hits the material and achieves preliminary crushing through the cutting and tearing of the blades on the rotor. The material that has passed through the preliminary crushing does not fall onto the sieve in the crushing chamber under the action of its own gravity and rotor impact force. Materials that meet the requirements will be discharged through the sieve, while those that do not meet the requirements will undergo secondary or even tertiary crushing processing in the crushing chamber until they meet the requirements.
