Purpose:
IonPac AS11 anion exchange separation column uses NaOH or KOH as eluent for rapid separation of inorganic anions and organic acid anions, including: inorganic anions; Monovalent, divalent, and trivalent fatty acids; Kreb's cyclic acid; Highly charged anions, such as polyphosphates, polysulfides, and polycarbonates; Hydrophobic ions such as I -, SCN -, S2O32-, and ClO4-; Nucleotides. The compatibility of organic solvents facilitates the control of anion exchange selectivity and cleaning after complex matrix analysis. IonPac AG11 can be used as a concentration column. When performing gradient elution, it is good to connect an anion capture column between the pump and the injection valve to remove anions contaminated from the elution solution.
