Dingyang Battery Internal Resistance Tester SDL1030X Programmable DC Electronic Load Meter, SDL1000X Series Programmable DC Electronic Load
Key Features
DC 150 V/30 A, Total power 300 W/200 W
Adjustable current rise/fall rate 0.001 A/μ s~2.5 A/μ s
Four static/dynamic modes: CC/CV/CP/CR
CC dynamic mode: continuous mode, pulse mode, flip mode
Read back resolution of 0.1 mV, 0.1 mA
Excellent dynamic characteristics, capable of simulating high-speed changes in current
The dynamic testing function enables the load to switch between two set parameters according to the set rules, thereby testing the dynamic characteristics of the tested equipment. SDL1000X can be set to a high frequency of 25 kHz in CC dynamic mode, and with the help of a current probe, it can track current changes at high speed and analyze current waveforms. In CV mode, the voltage can be quickly and stably set to test the fast output capability of the power supply. If the instantaneous power exceeds the protection set value, it will enter the hiccup protection state.

Support 50 step automatic programming testing
The Program function can simulate five types of tests: CC, CV, CR, CP, and LED. By setting parameters such as the number of steps in the list, storage, and triggering, the load can simulate a total of 10 test files that can be edited, with each test file supporting 50 steps.
Support 100 step list testing
The List function supports setting up multi-step, timed, and different load states for testing environments. By editing the step value, pulse width, and slope of a single step, the load can generate various complex sequence combinations to meet different testing requirements.

CR-LED testing function
On the basis of the traditional CR mode, SDL1000X adds the conduction voltage setting of the diode, which can simulate the working state of the real diode and measure the ripple current during LED testing.
Battery testing function
The battery testing function can effectively reflect the reliability and remaining life of the battery. Use CC, CP, CR modes to perform discharge testing on the battery by setting termination conditions such as termination voltage, discharge capacity, and discharge time.
