Diaphragm electric contact pressure gauge
Structure principle of diaphragm electric contact pressure gauge: When the pressure P of the measuring medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing liquid of the pressure measuring system, forming a pressure of P - △ P. When the rigidity of the diaphragm is small enough, Δ P is also very small, and the pressure formed by the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument is close to the pressure of the measured medium. The flange type diaphragm electric contact pressure gauge can be used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components such as relays and contactors to achieve automatic control and signaling (alarm) of the measured (controlled) pressure system. The flange type diaphragm electric contact pressure gauge is equipped with a two position switch type contact device with upper and lower limits. When the pressure reaches the set value, it sends a signal or turns on/off the control circuit for automatic control or signaling of the operating system.
