The DZ-1000QF pneumatic flip vacuum packaging machine uses pneumatic components to drive the conveyor tracks and vacuum chamber to achieve continuous operation. Compared to electric mechanical drive, pneumatic component drive operates more stably, has an extremely low failure rate, and is easier to maintain.
One or two seals can be installed in a vacuum chamber according to the different specifications of the packaging to improve the efficiency of the packaging process.
Adopting Omron programmable control system and touch screen, the packaging parameter setting is more precise and the operation is simple and convenient.
The control box is located on the upper part of the machine and is controlled by a microcomputer. It is easy to operate and easy to maintain and replace vulnerable parts.
The control box and upper and lower frames are made of stainless steel materials, and the transmission part adopts antibacterial belts and a single key release structure, which can clean the inside of the belt (such as the operation console) and the back of the belt, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the entire operation process.
The machine has a sealing length of up to 1000mm and can vacuum seal multiple packaging bags simultaneously. It has high work efficiency and can meet the requirements of large-scale production packaging.
The working angle of the machine can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0 ° to 15 ° as needed, suitable for packaging products containing liquids
