Usage: Mainly used for sealing glass bottles and cork stoppers. Main features:
1. The shrinking mechanism of the machine adopts an independent extrusion head, which shrinks the wooden plug to the specified diameter by translating the sliding blocks on both sides. The shrinking block is made of special materials and quenched to ensure that it does not rust, does not fall off during plugging, and has a long service life.
2. The machine is equipped with a plug sorting device, which automatically drops the plug and is labor-saving and reliable.
3. The middle pillar of the machine is adjustable and does not require replacement of parts, which can meet the needs of plugging bottles with a height of 250-370mm.
4. This series of corking machines is suitable for cork stoppers with diameters ranging from Φ 20.5 to Φ 25 millimeters. Cork stopper length: 30-45 millimeters
5. The machine adopts a continuous operation bottle inlet and outlet device, and a clutch protection device is installed at the bottle inlet and outlet dial. When a bottle gets stuck, it automatically stops to ensure safe production.
6. There is a wooden stopper positioning mechanism at the dial position, which prevents the stopper from falling off without a bottle.
7. Replacing the bottle wheel is suitable for bottles with bottle necks ranging from 60 to 90 millimeters.
