DN-2 type semi micro steam nitrogen analyzer
The DN-2 semi trace steam nitrogen analyzer detects nitrogen in coal, which is an important element in coal. The nitrogen oxides generated by its comb
Product details

Principle of Xinda DN-2 semi micro steam nitrogen analyzer: A certain amount of coal or coke sample, under the conditions of using alumina as a catalyst and loosening agent, is introduced with steam at 1050 ℃, and all nitrogen and its compounds in the sample are reduced to ammonia. The generated ammonia is washed with sodium hydroxide solution, distilled, absorbed with saturated boric acid solution, and titrated with standard sulfuric acid solution. The nitrogen content is calculated based on the consumption of the standard sulfuric acid solution.
Usage conditions of semi trace steam nitrogen analyzer:
(1) Temperature: 0-40 ℃
(2) Relative humidity: ≤ 80%
(3) Power supply: Voltage: 220 ± 22V
Frequency: 50±0.5Hz
(4) Carrier gas: helium, with a purity higher than 99.8%.
(5) Power: not less than 4.5KW
(6) No strong magnetic field interference
