Equipment Introduction:

The DLF-2000 electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is suitable for occasions that require continuous and efficient sealing. The material of the container to be sealed can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyester (PET), ABS, as well as glass, ceramics, etc. It cannot be used for metal bottle bodies and caps.

This device is used for aluminum foil airtight sealing of containers in industries such as medicine, pesticides, food, petrochemicals, cosmetics, and chemicals, to achieve sealing, anti-counterfeiting, and anti-theft functions.

Equipment features:

1. The high-frequency current feedback amplification and shaping generated by the oscillation source of this machine drives the power module to output to the induction head. When a metal aluminum foil approaches the induction head, a circulating current is generated on the aluminum foil to generate heat, thereby achieving thermal sealing of the aluminum foil on the bottle.

2. The whole machine is equipped with a self checking function to detect the stability of shaft power, over-current, over-voltage, and over temperature control protection, as well as phase locking. The power is adjustable, and the working status can be displayed on the control panel for easy observation.

3. This machine is equipped with waterway and water protection devices, which automatically cut off the high-voltage power supply when the water source is disconnected, short of water, or blocked. The cooling water pump adopts a low-frequency magnetic pump, which produces very low noise and is acceptable to users.
