This type of submersible pump is a single-stage single suction vertical corrosion-resistant submersible centrifugal pump. During operation, due to the pump body being immersed in liquid, it has the characteristic of no leakage to the outside world.

The submersible pump is made of materials ICr18Ni9Ti and Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti for the parts in direct contact with corrosive gases before coming into contact with the liquid. Therefore, it can be widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical and other sectors, with a working temperature of:- 30 ～150℃.

Structure:

This type of submersible pump mainly consists of two structures: pump cover, pump body, impeller, shaft, bushing, bearing frame components, connecting pipe, outlet pipe, claw type elastic coupling, bottom plate, guide bearing body, and lower connecting pipe to adapt to the depth of insertion into the container. The suction port of the pump should follow the axis direction, and the outlet should be parallel to the axis. The axis should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When viewed from the motor towards the pump end during operation, the motor shaft rotates counterclockwise. In order to ensure the safe operation of the pump, the bearings should be lubricated with yellow dry oil, and the shaft neck seal can be filled with coolant. Users can choose freely and request it at the time of ordering. The pump can use suction to increase its insertion depth, but the liquid level must be above the centerline of the impeller when starting. When the liquid level is below the centerline of the impeller after starting, it only needs to run continuously, and the suction height should not exceed 3 meters.

The YE type pump has the same structure as YB and YM, and its parts in contact with corrosive liquids are made of Cr28. However, for some reason, the shaft, outlet pipe, etc. may be made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti. To prevent damage to the parts, this pump is not allowed to run without air. When the pump leaves the factory, it is equipped with a motor according to the specific gravity of the conveying medium of 1.5.
