Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, boiling bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Due to the different properties of dry materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be carried out as needed. Cyclone separators, bag filters, or one of them can be selected simultaneously. Generally speaking, materials with a higher specific gravity only need to choose a cyclone separator; Materials with lighter specific gravity need to be equipped with bag filters and pneumatic feeding devices for selection.

The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. The filtered clean air is heated and then introduced into the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower, where it contacts the solid material through a distribution plate, forming a fluidized state and achieving heat and mass exchange between the gas and solid phases. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed. After being recovered by the cyclone dust collector and bag dust collector, the solid powder is discharged.

It is suitable for drying granular materials. For example, drying and dehumidification of raw materials in pharmaceuticals, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, plastic resins in chemical raw materials, citric acid, and other powdered and granular materials. Drying of food and beverage granules, corn germ, feed, etc. in food, grain processing, and feed drying. The particle size of the material is generally 0.1-6mm, with the optimal particle size being 0.5-3mm.
