Product details

1、 Product Features and Applications
Halogen free low smoke flame-retardant cables are suitable for control, monitoring circuits, and protection lines with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below, especially for places with high safety requirements such as nuclear power plants, subways, theaters, etc. This product overcomes the shortcomings of traditional flame-retardant control cables, greatly facilitates firefighting and personnel evacuation work, avoids corrosion of instruments and equipment by halogen acid gases, and becomes a replacement product for traditional flame-retardant control cables. It mainly has the following five characteristics:
1. Low release of hydrogen halide gas during cable combustion;
2. When the cable burns, it emits less smoke and has high light transmittance;
3. The long-term working temperature of the cable core can reach 90 ℃, which extends the service life of the cable;
4. The insulated wire core adopts digital coding for easy installation, debugging, and maintenance;
5. By adopting a cylindrical cable laying method, it is possible to produce a complete cable with a length of over 3 kilometers.
2、 Product execution standards
3、 Usage characteristics
1. The rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V;
2. The long-term allowable working temperature for cable conductors is 90 ℃;
3. The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0 ℃, and it is recommended to allow a bending radius of not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable for unarmored cables; Cables with armor or copper tape shielding structure should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; Flexible cables with shielding structures should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
