With the widespread coverage and use of electricity information collection systems, a large number of different phenomena and faults need to be solved in construction and operation maintenance. In solving on-site faults, most faults are caused by abnormalities in various communication units of the collection equipment, mainly including GPRS module abnormalities, concentrator carrier module abnormalities, Type I collector carrier module abnormalities, Type II collector abnormalities, and meter carrier module abnormalities.
In response to this situation, our company has designed the YBYW-TDJ101 communication unit detector based on the terminal equipment type specification standards of State Grid Corporation of China. It is used to detect faults in GPRS modules and carrier modules, making it easier for operation and maintenance personnel to determine whether there are any abnormalities in each communication module.
When conducting module detection, insert the module to be detected into the corresponding module interface of the detector, trigger the detection button to perform self detection, and generate detection results after the detection is completed.
The detector has the characteristics of being portable, easy to carry, simple to operate, and easy to get started, making it a good helper for on-site operation and maintenance personnel.
·The device is equipped with a large capacity rechargeable battery and an intelligent power management system, which can work continuously for more than 10 hours. When testing the communication module, there is no need for on-site power supply, making it easy to operate;
·The device charging interface adopts a standard USB interface, making charging convenient.
·The device adopts low-power LCD display, with clear display and suitable for outdoor work.
·The device supports all communication unit type specifications of State Grid 09 and 13 versions of the specifications;
·Support type II collector detection;
·Default support for Xiaocheng and Dingxin carrier module detection, which can be tested by replacing the carrier transmitter to detect other types of carrier schemes;
·Support broadband carrier module detection;
·Support carrier attenuation detection. When detecting the carrier module and carrier type II collector, the standard carrier signal attenuation is 40dB.
·Support GPRS module detection for State Grid Type I and State Grid Type II concentrators
·The device has functions such as detecting GPRS module, concentrator carrier module, Type I collector module, Type II collector module, etc.
·When detecting the same module type, the equipment can automatically identify the module type and perform relevant detection.
