Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature airflow is transported into the drying chamber through the control pipeline system to dry the wood. At the same time, the steam generation system generates a large amount of atmospheric pressure steam. According to the requirements of the drying process, it is sent into the drying chamber through the control pipeline system for spray steaming and humidity control treatment of the wood. Saturated steam can quickly make the humidity inside and outside the wood consistent, thereby relieving residual stress on the wood. At the same time, our factory's unique pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used for solid and heavy wood, completely solving the defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation that occur during the drying process, and maximizing the yield of wood products. And equipped with a thermal energy secondary utilization system, it greatly reduces the heat loss caused by moisture discharge, minimizes drying costs, and shortens the drying cycle. When the moisture content of the wood is less than 15%, after 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steaming, all the pillar worms and insect eggs inside the parasitic wood can be killed. Control system and functions: RYM and RYK series drying equipment are equipped with adjustable auxiliary burning devices in the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam spraying devices at the beginning of the air supply duct, and equipped with temperature automatic display devices and dry and humidity detectors. Through the above configurations, operators can control and detect the temperature and humidity in the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, and maximize the drying of wood. The control system can be fully automated or manually controlled. In large drying rooms, top mounted and side mounted circulating fans can be installed according to user requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
