Characteristics of Closed Cooling Tower Products:
1. The complete set of enclosed cooling tower equipment consists of a main unit, a water tank, a circulating water pump, and an electrical control cabinet. The host is composed of components such as the shell, heat exchanger, fan, sprinkler pump, collector, water tank, and pipeline valves. During the working process, the cooling medium (soft water, oil, or other liquids) is driven by the main circulation pump to circulate between the heat exchanger and the equipment to be cooled. The spray water is evenly sprayed on the heat exchanger, forming a uniform water film on the outer surface of the heat exchanger. The cold air enters the tower through the inlet below the tower and flows counter current with the spray water through the surface of the heat exchanger. There are two heat exchange methods in this process, namely heat conduction between the cold air and the cooling medium and heat exchange through the evaporation and heat absorption of the spray water. The saturated hot and humid air that absorbs heat is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan, and the remaining spray water flows into the water tank at the bottom of the tower and is then transported to the spray system by the water pump. By repeating this process, the cooling medium inside the heat exchanger is cooled down.
The circulating cooling medium flows inside the heat exchange coil, and outside the heat exchange coil is a water film formed by spraying water. This flowing water film evaporates and cools in the rapidly flowing air. It ensures that the cooling medium is not contaminated, does not introduce dust and impurities, and has the characteristics of water and electricity conservation!
