The crystallization tank can withstand high temperature sterilization at 121 ℃

The sealing of the shaft adopts high-quality sanitary mechanical seals to ensure that the materials are not contaminated

The crystallization tank can be equipped with a frequency conversion speed control device
The mixer has anchor type, frame type, slurry type, turbine type, and the rotating mechanism can use cycloidal pinwheel reducer or continuously variable speed reducer. The sealing device can use mechanical seal, and the heating and cooling can use jacket, half tube, or coil structure. The heating methods include steam, electric heating, and thermal oil to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and abrasion resistance.
