If using this 250ml centrifuge bottle in the Sorvall GSA rotor, please install the separately sold NALGENE centrifuge bottle adapter (catalog number DS3125-0250). Before performing high-temperature and high-pressure operations on the centrifuge bottle NALGENE, please place the lid on the top of the bottle, but do not rotate the seal according to the thread. Only when the filling amount reaches more than 80% of its total capacity can it work normally.
