2. Testing principle of sedimentation centrifugal particle size analyzer
The settling method is a method of measuring particle size distribution based on the different settling velocities of particles of different sizes in a liquid. Its basic process is to put the sample into a certain liquid to make a suspension of a certain concentration, and the particles in the suspension will settle under the action of gravity or centrifugal force. The settling velocity of large particles is faster, while that of small particles is slower. The relationship between settling velocity and particle size is described by Stokes' law.

By using the RS232 (serial port) standard interface for data conversion and transmission, various desktop computers or laptops can be easily connected to the instrument with just one signal line, completely bidding farewell to the traditional board connection method. The report has three different formats in Chinese and English, including cumulative particle size distribution data and curves, interval particle size distribution data and histograms, typical particle size values (such as D3, D10, D25, D50, D75, D84, D90, D97, D98), and so on. The format, layout, color, and font of the report can be edited as needed.
