The centrifugal casting remelting furnace CCRM-01, also known as the metal melting furnace, is a specialized equipment developed by Ruishenbao Analysis Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for the analysis of cast iron remelting and whitening, cast iron remelting method, and metal remelting method using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and direct reading spectrometer. It can be used for remelting and preparing powdered, flaky, granular, and columnar samples (including iron-based, nickel based, copper based, aluminum based, cobalt based, etc.), as well as for melting formulas and internal standard samples. This heavy melting furnace uses centrifugal rotation to cast hot-melt samples into a specially designed mold. During the process, vacuum pumping and protective gas can be selected, and the entire process is fully automated. The high-quality samples produced are bubble free, uniform, and have no oxidation or loss during the process, with good reproducibility. The entire structure of this heavy furnace is reasonable, using high-frequency induction heating technology with extremely high heating speed. It is also equipped with a high-precision infrared temperature measurement system for real-time temperature measurement and can be combined with Ruishenbao's unique high-precision temperature control technology to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of the melting process, providing excellent quality assurance for the produced samples. It adopts an intuitive full touch screen design, user-friendly human-machine interface, simple operation, and PLC intelligent control to form the control center of the whole machine, making the heavy furnace highly automated, stable, and flexible in operation. The high-frequency rapid heating combined with complete temperature control (optional), motion shaking, safety mechanism and other designs make this equipment exhibit efficient and stable characteristics in casting and sample preparation, with superior performance in various indicators, while also improving the user experience. The material or shape of the crucible and mold for this heavy melting furnace is selected based on rich experience in producing melting equipment and absorbing other advanced and mature experiences for design and production.
