The carbon dioxide incubator, based on more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, has been continuously researched and upgraded, and new technologies have been applied to products, representing the development trend of carbon dioxide incubators. Adopting imported infrared CO2 sensors, the control accuracy is accurate and stable, and is not affected by temperature and humidity.


Main features:

◆ Faster CO2Concentration recovery speed

During the experiment, it is necessary to frequently open the box door, and infrared sensors are a suitable choice.

Imported infrared (IR) sensors have fast monitoring speed for carbon dioxide gas and are not affected by external temperature and humidity fluctuations

Features such as closing the door 30 seconds after opening, it can recover to 37 ℃ in less than 10 minutes, and recover to 5% of the set CO2 concentration in less than 5 minutes. Even in situations where multiple people use it frequently and need to open or close the door, it can still maintain stable and uniform CO2 concentration inside the box. However, thermal conductivity sensors are easily affected by temperature and humidity, and have long response times and large detection errors. If used for a long time, they require frequent calibration and other defects.


◆ Microbial high-efficiency filter

The CO2 inlet is equipped with an efficient microbial filter, which has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% for particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.3 μ m, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in CO2 gas.


◆ Door temperature heating system

The CO2 incubator door can heat the inner glass door, effectively preventing condensation water from the glass door and preventing the possibility of microbial contamination caused by condensation water from the glass door.


◆ Automatic control of circulating fan speed
