Working principle

The Baixin cabbage dryer mainly consists of a drying box, a heat exchange furnace, a conveying device, a material balancing device, an insulation device, a hot air input device, an electric control temperature control device, etc. The contact parts with the material are made of pure stainless steel, and the entire equipment operates reliably without any vulnerable parts.

After processing, the cabbage is transported by a conveyor belt to the upper mesh belt at the top. The cabbage moves in an "S" shape with the mesh belt from the upper layer to the lower layer, and the hot air flow passes through the mesh belt and its material layers from bottom to top. It is flipped in multiple layers and dried layer by layer until the drying is completed. The dried cabbage is discharged from the bottom discharge port. During the feeding process, the heating surface of the cabbage changes to ensure uniform drying.
