The CZ series international standard chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump that complies with DIN2456, ISO2858, and GB5662-85 standards. It is the basic product of standard chemical pumps. Product execution standards: API610 (10th edition), VDMA24297 (heavy-duty). Suitable for transporting low or high temperature, neutral or corrosive, clean or containing solid particles, toxic and flammable media. Mainly used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, steel mills, power plants, papermaking, food, sugar production, etc.

Structural characteristics

Pump body:Adopting a bottom support structure;

impeller:The axial force of CZ series pumps with closed, semi open, and fully open impellers is mainly balanced by the back blades or balance holes, and the residual axial force is borne by the bearings.

Pump cover:Form a sealed chamber with the sealing cover, and the standard chamber size can be equipped with various sealing types.

Shaft seal:According to different working conditions, packing sealing, single end face machine sealing, double single-sided machine sealing, series connected machine sealing and other forms can be used

Bearing:The lubrication method is thin oil lubrication, and the oil level is controlled by a constant position oil cup to fully ensure that the bearing works in good lubrication condition.

Shaft: protected by a shaft sleeve to prevent direct contact between the medium and the shaft from corrosion, thus improving the service life of the shaft.

Rear drag design:It can be repaired without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, making it easy to use.
