1、 Working principle of CXYTH series integrated water purifier
The integrated fully automatic high-efficiency water purifier integrates mixing reaction, coagulation sedimentation, and filtered water, and automatically completes the special devices of the equipment itself in the operation procedures such as dosing, water distribution, sludge discharge, backwashing, and sewage by combining electrical control. Due to the automation of the work process, there is no need for personnel operation, which avoids the instability of water quality caused by human operation and ensures excellent and stable water quality after treatment. This series of water purification devices not only has a wide range of applications, good treatment effects, and excellent effluent quality, but also consumes less water, consumes less power, occupies a small area, saves water, electricity, and labor, and can eliminate auxiliary pumps and facilities.
2、 Application scope of CXYTH series integrated water purifier
Widely applicable for the purification treatment of various surface waters such as rivers, lakes, and lakes with a turbidity of no more than 3000 milligrams per liter, used for domestic and production purposes, replacing tap water and groundwater.
3、 CXYTH series integrated water purifier technology features
Several sets of sediment are used in the sediment collection box of the sedimentation zone, and the sludge is discharged using a siphon hood. A sludge flushing device is also installed in the sediment collection box, which does not require manual entry to clean the sludge for long-term use.
The filtration area adopts several sets of filtration as one, and when one set backwashs, the other sets work normally without the need for a high-level water tank to meet the backwash water volume.
Each set of filter tanks is equipped with a water stop device. During siphon backwashing, the water stop device automatically shuts off, stopping the water intake. After the siphon backwashing is completed, the water stop device automatically enters the water. In this way, during siphon backwashing, the sediment water will not be discharged with the siphon tube, which has a good effect on energy and water conservation.
