I. Overview
The super efficient shallow air flotation machine is currently one of the newer water treatment equipment internationally. Solid liquid separation technology and its equipment are one of the key processes in the water supply and drainage treatment process. For the removal of small suspended particles with a density close to water, air flotation is the most effective method. This equipment has been successfully designed using the "shallow pool theory" and "zero velocity" principle, integrating flocculation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation, and mud scraping. It is an efficient and energy-saving water purification device. Widely used in water supply and drainage treatment engineering, it is applied to water treatment in water plants that use lakes as water sources to remove algae and reduce turbidity. Two applications are used in industrial wastewater treatment projects, such as petrochemicals, papermaking, textiles, printing and dyeing, electroplating, leather making, food industry, and other fields. Three applications are used for the recovery of useful substances in wastewater, such as fiber recovery in papermaking and pulp water.
