The CUG-C5 pipeline robot consists of four parts: crawler, lens, cable reel, and main controller. Among them, the crawler can be equipped with different specifications and models of lenses (such as rotating lenses, direct view lenses, fisheye lenses) according to functional requirements, and connected to the main controller through a cable reel, controlled by the operation commands of the main controller, such as the crawler's forward, backward, steering, stop, and speed adjustment; Lifting, lowering, and adjusting the lighting of the lens mount; Horizontal or vertical rotation of the lens, focusing, zooming, front and back view switching, etc. During the detection process, the main controller can display and record the real-time images transmitted by the camera and the status information of the crawler (such as air pressure, inclination angle, walking distance, date and time), and can also enter remarks information through the keyboard. Through the built-in wireless transmission module (optional), the screen can be transmitted in real-time to other monitors within a range of 200m for display, thus achieving remote monitoring.
