2、 Basic composition and structure of the instrument
The instrument mainly consists of an injection system, a modeling system, a measurement system, an automatic control system, and a data acquisition and processing system. See workflow for details:
Injection system: composed of injection pump, intermediate container, steam generator, and pipe valve components, it can inject various fluids into the model at a certain flow rate.
Simulation system: composed of PEEK core gripper, annular pressure medium circulation heating system, annular pressure pump, back pressure system, etc.
Measurement system: including pressure measurement, temperature measurement, flow measurement, oil-water volume measurement, etc.
Automatic control: The computer automatically controls the flow rate of the injection pump, the ring pressure pump automatically tracks the internal pressure, and the ring pressure medium automatically circulates and heats up.
Data collection and processing: composed of various data collection cards, computers, printers, and collection and processing software, it can timely collect pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc
Measure parameters such as oil-water volume and perform computational processing on the data.

6. Environmental pressure tracking pump
The ring pressure tracking pump automatically tracks the displacement pressure and maintains the pressure difference between the displacement pressure and the ring pressure.
The working pressure of the ring pressure tracking pump is 60MPa, with a control accuracy of 0.05MPa.
7. Loop pressure medium circulation heating system
Used to heat the gripper

Heat the annular pressure medium in the high-pressure circulation pump and transfer the heat to the gripper through the high-pressure circulation pump.

Temperature measurement: PT100 temperature probe and XMT-7512ZX-RZ temperature controller are used to set, control, and measure temperature. The temperature can also be set and collected by a computer. Accuracy 0.1 ℃
Liquid flow measurement: The liquid flow rate is calculated using the balance weighing method. Sartorius balance, model: BS2202S, Range 2200g, accuracy 0.01g, computer automatically collects and calculates flow values.
Automatic oil-water measurement: The camera method is used to measure the volume of oil-water at the outlet.
The oil-water automatic measuring device consists of a specially designed measuring tube, imaging system, tracking system, image analysis and processing system, etc. The oil and water expelled from the model enter the measuring tube, and the oil and water levels are tracked and imaged by the camera and sent to the computer for calculation of the oil and water volume by the image analysis and processing system. Due to the use of a specially designed measuring tube, the measurement of emulsified oil and water is not affected. It is currently one of the more advanced methods for measuring oil, gas, and water both domestically and internationally.
10. Data collection system
Use MOXA C168H/PCI and MOXA C104H/PCI data acquisition boards to timely collect pressure, temperature, and flow rate.
11. Automatic control system
Computers can control the following external devices
⑴. Injection pump: Through the communication interface of the pump, the computer can control the injection flow rate of the pump;
⑵ Temperature: The heating temperature of the constant temperature box can be set and controlled by the computer through the RS232 interface on the temperature controller.
⑶. Ring pressure tracking: The computer automatically controls the opening and closing of the ring pressure pump and solenoid valve through the PCI 8360 terminal board, maintaining the pressure difference between the displacement pressure and the ring pressure.
