1、 Product Overview of Magnetic Centrifugal Pump:
CQB type magnetic centrifugal pump is usually composed of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is to use a magnetic coupling to transmit power without any leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal, there is no leakage at all.
The CQB type magnetic driven centrifugal pump is a new type of completely leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s.
The model and basic parameters of CQB type magnetic driven centrifugal pump comply with the JB/T7742-1995 "Types and Basic Parameters of Small Magnetic Centrifugal Pumps" standard and the "Supplementary Provisions for Three Standards of Small Magnetic Driven Centrifugal Pumps".
2、 Product features of magnetic centrifugal pump:
The overcurrent part of CQB type magnetic centrifugal pump is made of all stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkalis, neutral solutions and gases. The double spiral groove carbon graphite bearings and hard alloy shaft sleeves have strong wear resistance, ensuring the service life of the product and making it an ideal pump for leak free transportation of corrosive media
3、 Application of Magnetic Centrifugal Pump:
CQB type magnetic centrifugal pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense, etc. It is an ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids as well as various corrosive liquids. Suitable for conveying liquids without hard particles and fibers with a suction pressure not exceeding 0.2MPa, a maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃, a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3, and a viscosity not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/S.
