bed structure
The whole machine castings are made of high-quality Mihanna cast iron and undergo annealing treatment to eliminate stress. The machine tool adopts a flat bed structure, which makes the support surface wide and the working center of gravity stable. Reasonable design and easy maintenance.
Silent high-speed linear guide, silent ball screw, can achieve high-speed and high-precision rotation.

High precision and high rigidity spindle
The spindle adopts high-precision NSK P4 grade angular ball bearings, and the optimized span configuration is obtained through engineering calculation and analysis. High tech lubrication technology and high rigidity sleeve structure are used to demonstrate the best stability, ensuring maximum axial rigidity, radial rigidity, and machining accuracy.

Cylindrical clamp or 6 'three jaw clamp
For continuous processing of large quantities of bar materials, combined with cylindrical clamps and bar material conveyors, automatic and rapid positioning and material replacement are provided to reduce manual material replacement time and improve automated production efficiency. Three jaw clamp rods and single piece processing can also be optionally selected.

Controller and operation panel
The controller uses the FANUC Oi TD control system with high stability, higher computing speed, and stronger functional package, making the operation more stable. Adopting a fully enclosed safety cover and a horizontally arranged simple operation panel with crystal buttons, providing a user-friendly operating environment. Comfortable operating position, convenient operation, and ergonomic design in accordance with national standards.

End milling mechanism
The 45M-Y CNC lathe integrates milling and turning functions, and with the C-axis, can be positioned at any point in 360 °. One clamping can achieve all processing, effectively improving production efficiency.

linear guide
The X-axis, Z-axis, and programmable tail are all equipped with high rigidity roller linear sliding rails. The optimized source distance between tracks is obtained through calculation, with low resistance, high rigidity, and a displacement speed of up to 30m/min, which increases work efficiency and shortens processing time.

8T hydraulic turret
High speed and high-precision cam type hydraulic turret with accurate precision, fast tool change, tool change time of 0.25 seconds, positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm.

High precision lead screw
The two shafts are equipped with high-precision C3 grinding grade ball guide screws, and the fixed ends on both sides are equipped with Japanese NSK angled ball bearings, which are matched with double nuts for more stable positioning accuracy.
