Forming tools are used to perform rough turning, semi precision turning, cutting and repair of hole patterns on various rolling rolls. Rough machining can also be performed on the outer cylindrical surface of the rolling mill, as well as on some other shaft components.
This machine tool consists of a bed, a headstock, a tailstock, a tool holder, a center frame, and other components. The headstock and tailstock are respectively installed on the left and right ends of the bed, and the tailstock can move or be fixed along the bed guide rail to meet the needs of workpieces of different lengths. The main drive is driven by an AC asynchronous motor, which mechanically changes the speed of the spindle to 12 levels. The feed system is driven by the spindle through a light bar and mechanically changes the speed to achieve 12 levels of feed in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the tool holder.
