The CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis measurement system is a specialized instrument for measuring parameters such as photosynthetic rate, respiration rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, etc. of plant leaves and tissues. It can be used in conjunction with Hansatech's FMS pulse modulation fluorescence analyzer in the UK to simultaneously measure various parameters of photosynthesis and fluorescence, including Fo, Fm, Fs, Fo ', Fm', Fv/Fm, Φ PSII, qP, qNP, NPQ, ERT, PAR, Tl, and other fluorescence parameters.
The unique patented technology of automatic adjustment of zero drift and differential correction ensures accurate and reliable measurement results. The CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis measurement system is a state-of-the-art photosynthetic fluorescence measurement system.
Automatically control the concentration of CO2 and H2O. Users can freely preset various programs to measure photosynthetic rates under various control conditions, as well as measure various photosynthetic response curves and initiation processes.
The blade chamber is equipped with an automatic temperature control device, which can freely control the blade temperature within the range of 8 ℃ to 40 ℃ below the ambient temperature.
