The furnace pulls the rising pipes on both sides of the collection box towards the furnace, and introduces them into the lower part of the drum side, supplemented by insulation at the bottom of the drum, to form the heating surface of the furnace top, avoiding high temperature radiation from the bottom flame of the drum and successfully solving the "bulging" defect at the bottom of the drum.
The layout of the two wing flue allows the flue gas to pass smoothly through the two wing flue and enter the front smoke box, effectively reducing the smoke temperature of the high temperature zone tube plate and preventing the occurrence of tube plate cracks and bursting accidents.
The drum adopts a single return threaded smoke tube, which has good heat transfer effect; It has the ability to self clean smoke and dust inside the smoke pipe, and through reasonable smoke speed design, it avoids dust accumulation and wear inside the smoke pipe.
Adopting a strong radiation furnace arch and designing the furnace arch according to different fuels, the front arch and rear arch are adapted to form an "alpha" flame combustion, which is easy to ignite and improves the degree of fuel burnout, solving the fuel problem of inferior coal and making the coal more adaptable.
Inertial separation of smoke and dust at the furnace outlet effectively reduces the dust concentration in exhaust gas and minimizes wear on the rear heating surface.
The grate base adopts an independent air chamber, two side air inlet, and a curved arm screw air adjustment structure, which is flexible in adjustment and evenly distributed in air distribution; Adopting a push-pull gate dust cleaning device, the gate is sealed with a heat-resistant cast iron precision machined surface, effectively preventing combustion deformation and grate air leakage; Using large grate plates, with less coal leakage, convenient combustion adjustment, and high reliability.
Compact structure, smaller installation volume compared to other types of boilers, shortened installation cycle, and reduced boiler room cost.
The hot water boiler adopts diversion injection circulation technology, and the medium flow rate in the heating surface circuit is higher than the national standard requirements.
