product overview
Our unit has designed and manufactured a new generation of products based on excellent pump models at home and abroad, combined with user requirements and relevant fire safety standards, and in accordance with JB/TQ6435-92 standards. This type of pump adopts a vertical external stainless steel shell structure, so that the inlet and outlet of the pump are located on the same horizontal line and have the same diameter. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It also concentrates the high pressure of multi-stage pumps, has the advantages of small footprint of vertical pumps and convenient installation of pipeline pumps. At the same time, it adopts an excellent hydraulic model, so it also has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and smooth operation. The shaft seal adopts wear-resistant mechanical seal, with no leakage and long service life. In order to better meet the requirements of users and reliably use this type of pump, our unit has specially developed a detachable structural type. In addition to having all the advantages of the old series, it also provides customers with a more convenient, fast, and labor-saving way to replace vulnerable parts such as mechanical seals, making this type of pump more worry free to operate and maintain.

General data
In devices with water hammer hazards, a check valve must be installed at the outlet of the pump. Do not use quick closing valves, such as spray guns, as they can cause water hammer. Affects the connection between the motor and the pump shaft, and can seriously cause the pump shaft to break.
electric connection
Before disassembling any pump parts below the junction box, be sure to turn off the power.
Electrical connections must be made by qualified electricians in accordance with regulations. The wiring of the motor must be correctly connected to the power switch.
The operating voltage and frequency are marked on the nameplate. Please note that all power sources should be suitable for electric motors.
The three-phase motor must be connected to a starter with protective function.
1. Connect and can rotate 90 ° to stop in position. When needed, use a screwdriver to remove the coupling guard, but do not remove the coupling.
2. Unscrew the fixing bolts of the electric motor. 3. Rotate the motor to the desired position. 4. Tighten the bolts before placing them on. 5. Reinstall the coupling guard. Electrical connections should be made according to the wiring diagram inside the junction box cover.
start pump
Do not start the pump until it is filled with liquid. Do not start the pump until it has been filled with water and vented.
Step 1: Infusion
The system where the liquid level is higher than the inlet of the pump:
Close the drain valve and loosen the exhaust screw on the pump head. Please pay attention to the direction of the exhaust port to ensure that the water flowing out will not cause harm to people or damage to the motor or other components. In hot water systems, special attention should be paid to the risk of burns caused by hot water.
Starting system with liquid level lower than pump inlet:
Slowly open the valve on the suction pipe until a smooth liquid flows out of the exhaust valve vent. Tighten the exhaust screw and fully open the outlet valve. The suction pipe and pump must be filled with liquid and vented before starting the pump. Close the drain valve. Rotate the bypass valve slightly towards the stop. Remove the infusion pump and inject liquid from the infusion port until the suction pipe and pump are completely filled with liquid. Then tighten the bypass valve again. Put it back into the infusion competition and tighten it firmly.
Step 2: Check the direction of rotation
Do not start the pump to check the direction of rotation before it is filled with liquid. The correct direction of rotation is indicated by arrows on the pump body or on the motor fan cover. From the perspective of the fan, the pump should rotate in the counterclockwise direction.
Step 3: Start up
1. Before starting the pump, fully open the suction side valve and keep the discharge side valve almost closed.
2. Start the pump
3. When starting, loosen the exhaust screw on the pump head to allow the pump to exhaust until a steady flow of liquid flows out from the exhaust hole, and then tighten the exhaust screw.
Pay attention to the direction of the exhaust vent and ensure that the liquid flowing out does not cause harm to people or damage to the motor or other components. In hot water systems, special attention should be paid to the risk of burns caused by hot water.
4. When the pipeline pump system is filled with liquid, slowly open the outlet valve until it is fully opened.
5. When pumping liquids containing air, it is best to regularly exhaust the pump. In order to exhaust the pump, the exhaust screw of the pump head should be loosened during operation.
Step 4: Start and Stop Frequency
Electric motors with a power of less than 4KW shall not be started more than 100 times per hour. The starting frequency of other motors shall not exceed 20 times per hour. maintenance
Before starting the maintenance work, it is necessary to verify whether the pump is powered on and that the pump cannot suddenly start.
The bearings and shaft seals of the pump do not require maintenance. If the pump is not used for a long time and needs to be drained completely, a few drops of silicone oil can be injected onto the shaft between the coupling on one side. This can prevent the shaft sealing surface from sticking.
For motors without lubrication nozzles, maintenance is not required. For motors with lubrication, high-temperature lithium based grease should be used for lubrication. If the motor is used seasonally (for motors that have not been used for more than one year and six months), it is recommended to clean and lubricate the pump and motor once they are not in use.
Frost protection
During the frost period, the pump should be left unused and the water should be drained to prevent damage and breakage. Loosen the exhaust screw on the pump and remove the exhaust water plug on the base to drain the pump. After the water is drained, the removed components should be reinstalled or stored properly.
Pay attention that the discharged liquid will not cause harm to people, or damage to the motor or other components. In hot water systems, special attention should be paid to the risk of burns caused by hot water.
Starting and stopping frequency
The starting frequency of motors with a power less than 4kw shall not exceed 100 times per hour. The frequency of other motors shall not exceed 20 times per hour.
Reason for malfunction

Maintenance and upkeep during operation
1. The imported water pipeline must be highly sealed and must not leak or leak
2. The inlet and outlet pump operates for a long time under cavitation conditions
3. Prohibit long-term operation of motor overcurrent when the pump operates under high flow conditions
4. Regularly check the motor current value during pump operation to ensure that the pump operates within the design operating range as much as possible
5. The pump should be supervised by a dedicated person during operation to avoid accidents
6. Oil should be added to the bearings every 500 hours of pump operation
7. After long-term operation of the pump, if mechanical wear occurs and the noise and vibration of the unit increase, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
Maintenance and upkeep of mechanical seals
1. Mechanical seal lubricant should be clean and free of solid particles
2. Rigorous mechanical seals work under dry grinding conditions
3. Before starting, the pump (motor) should be turned a few times to avoid sudden start-up causing mechanical seal breakage and damage
Installation instructions
1. The weight of the pipeline should not be borne on the pump during installation, otherwise it is easy to damage the pump.
2. The pump and motor are integrated structures that have been calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, so there is no need to adjust them during installation, making installation very convenient.
3. During installation, the anchor bolts must be tightened, and the pump should be checked at regular intervals to prevent loosening, in order to avoid severe vibrations during pump operation that may affect its performance.
4. Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are any hard objects (such as stones, iron sand, etc.) in the pump flow channel that may affect the operation of the water pump, in order to avoid damaging the flow components during the operation of the water pump.
5. In order to maintain convenience and ensure safe use, a regulating valve should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge should be installed near the inlet and outlet of the pump. For high lift pumps, to prevent water hammer, a check gate valve should also be installed before the outlet gate valve to cope with sudden power outages and other power loss accidents, so as to ensure that the pump operates under optimal conditions and increase its service life.
6. The pump is used in suction applications and is equipped with a bottom valve. The Jingkou pipeline should not have too many bends, and there should be no water or air leakage to avoid affecting the suction performance of the pump.
7. To prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow path, a filter should be installed in front of the pump inlet to improve performance.
8. Before installing the pipeline, rotate the rotor components of the water pump. If there is no friction or jamming, the pump should be disassembled for inspection.
