working principle:

Any object that emits radiation towards its surroundings as long as its temperature is above absolute zero is called temperature radiation. Blackbody radiation sources mainly measure the temperature of an object through the infrared energy emitted by the object, which is generally divided into high temperature, medium temperature, and low temperature. They are commonly used in the industrial and medical industries, mainly for calibrating radiation measuring instruments such as infrared radiation thermometers to improve the accuracy of measurement results. Blackbody radiation sources mainly use infrared radiation thermometers or other radiation blackbody measuring instruments to test and compare the temperature of the blackbody cavity, in order to calibrate other measuring instruments such as infrared radiation thermometers.

The blackbody cavity of a blackbody radiation source is a blackbody, and the temperature of the blackbody cavity is controlled by the temperature controller of the radiation source. The chamber temperature of a standard radiation source can be set between 30 degrees Celsius and 550 degrees Celsius, and any temperature point can fluctuate up or down within 0.1 degrees Celsius. If you want to display the actual radiation temperature of the object being measured, you need to read the display screen inside the radiation source cavity, so that you can obtain the radiation temperature of the object being measured. The display screen of a blackbody radiation source is installed inside the cavity of the radiation source, which enables calibration of radiation measuring instruments such as infrared radiation thermometers.
