Structural characteristics
- The YLW series biomass fuel organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate (reciprocating grate) boiler. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower grate, which are assembled on site. The boiler has a compact structure, small footprint, high assembly level, short installation cycle, and low installation cost.
- The radiation heating surface of the boiler body adopts a single furnace or closely arranged double-sided coil, and the rear force serpentine convection heat exchange tube.
- According to the characteristics of the fuel, a special anti ash structure is adopted to reduce ash accumulation and facilitate ash cleaning. The convective heat exchange section of the boiler adopts high and low staggered arrangement, widened spacing, and arranged with blowing and cleaning devices to reduce boiler ash accumulation and improve boiler efficiency.
- Compared with traditional coal-fired boilers, it has a larger furnace combustion space to adapt to the high volatility of biomass fuels.
- Raise the combustion chamber of the grate and arrange secondary air: the grate is divided into compartments for air intake, the air volume is independently adjusted, and the grate has stepless speed regulation.

- The radiation heating surface of the furnace adopts closely packed coil pipes, with sufficient arrangement of heating surfaces, effectively reducing the surface heat load of the pipes, and making the use of heat transfer oil medium safer.
- The medium flow is reasonable, and the heat transfer oil is from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The medium gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system.
- The feeding device adopts a locking mechanism and supplies secondary air to effectively prevent the hopper from being damaged by flame backfire.
- The boiler operation adopts remote and near ground monitoring, with complete automatic control and monitoring instruments, safe and reliable, and easy operation.
