Testing requirements: After fully charging the battery according to the prescribed testing method, place the battery on the steel wire mesh of the testing fixture, as shown in Appendix E.2. If the battery slips off during the experiment, a single metal wire can be used to fix the battery sample on the steel wire mesh; If no such situation occurs, the battery cannot be bundled. Heat the battery with a flame and stop heating when the following three situations occur:

a) Battery explosion;

b) The battery is completely burned;

c) Continuous heating for 30 minutes, but the battery did not catch fire or explode.

Acceptance criteria: The battery should not ignite or explode.
