Introduction to basic transportation methods for sending cans
This method is a low-cost one and is a batch feeding system. It is usually suitable for shorter conveying pipeline distances and granular, flowable, abrasive and non abrasive materials. Such as quartz sand, plastic particles, etc. Its components include a pressure vessel (sending tank), an electrical control system, and a conveying pipeline.

working principle

During the feeding process, materials are added to the sending tank through bell valves, double butterfly valves, or expansion butterfly valves. The displaced air is released through the exhaust valve, making feeding easier and eliminating the reverse pressure that hinders material flow. When the sending tank is filled (as indicated by the level gauge or weighing device, reaching 80% of the tank volume), the feed valve and exhaust valve are closed and sealed simultaneously. Then, compressed air is added to the top of the sending tank through the intake valve, and the added compressed air mixes with the material. When the pressure inside the tank reaches the set value, the bottom discharge valve is automatically opened, and pressure is applied to the entire conveying pipeline. The material is then conveyed in a plunger shape until it is emptied. When the pressure inside the sending tank drops to zero, the pneumatic supply is turned off, and a small amount of remaining gas is also discharged from the sending tank and conveying pipeline.

The characteristic of this system is that there is high gas flow and high conveying pressure at the beginning and end of the conveying process, and sometimes a "cry" indicates the end of the conveying process.
