1、 Overview LWQ typeBasic gas turbine flowmeterIt is a new generation of high-precision and high reliability gas precision measuring instrument that has been independently developed by absorbing domestic and foreign flow meter technology and optimizing design, integrating theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics, etc. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measuring performance, multiple signal output modes, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. It is widely used for measuring gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas. This type of turbine flow product itself does not have on-site display function, and only transmits flow signals in the form of pulse signals for remote output. The instrument is inexpensive, highly integrated, and compact in size, making it particularly suitable for use with computer control systems such as secondary displays, PLCs, and DCS. This type of turbine flowmeter is an explosion-proof product with an explosion-proof rating of ExdIIBT6. 2、 Product features: ◆ High quality alloy turbine with higher stability and corrosion resistance ◆ Imported high-quality special bearings with long service life ◆ The metering chamber is isolated from the ventilation chamber to ensure the safety of the instrument ◆ Wide flow range (Qmax/Qmin ≥ 20:1), good repeatability, high accuracy (up to 1.0 level), low pressure loss, low starting flow rate, up to 0.6m3/h ◆ The instrument has explosion-proof and protective functions, with explosion-proof marks of Exd Ⅱ BT6 and Exia Ⅱ CT6, and a protection level of IP65

4、 Instrument selection

1.Selection instructions

When selecting a flow meter, users should choose the appropriate model and specifications based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline, high pressure of the medium, medium temperature, medium composition, flow range, and signal output requirements.
In order to achieve optimal performance of the flowmeter, the flow range of the flowmeter should be within the Qmax range of (20% to 80%), which is more appropriate.
