This machine is suitable for quality control of thermoplastic plastics with low melt viscosity. The measurement method is to measure the rate at which molten plastic is extruded through a small pore mold of a specified length and diameter using a timed measurement method under specified conditions such as temperature, load, and position of the piston inside the cylindrical cylinder, in order to determine the uniformity of polymer flow rate in the process. This machine complies with ASTM, ISO, JIS, CNS standard A method measurement standards, and can choose timed automatic cutting or button cutting. Suitable for materials with flow rates between 0.15 and 50g/10min. The B method determines the standard and can specify the assembly.
