Winder
Equipped with dual station winding, automatic adjustment of tension, pressure, and roll change; Flatten and wrinkle the pulled finished film, and transfer it to the core to complete the film forming process. The rewinding machine is specifically designed for rewinding biaxially oriented films, with the following requirements: easy threading, perfect rewinding characteristics for wide films, no wrinkles, tension control for films sent to the rewinding machine, large-diameter rewinding, and automatic film transportation.

The production line adopts Siemens PLC as the core controller of the system, which forms a complete automation control system through intelligent control devices such as fieldbus, distributed I/O, human-machine interface, etc., to control the start stop control, temperature, pressure, speed control, and related alarm of the entire production line. Digital communication technology is used between intelligent devices and core PLCs, and Dell computers are used for the upper computer system to ensure easy operation and stable reliability of the system to the greatest extent possible. The upper computer system can set real-time detection and control parameters for various monitoring points of the entire production line, make corresponding alarm responses to various emergency situations, record production data, etc.
