This cleaning machine is a fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine with manual loading and unloading, automatic lifting and horizontal movement. It consists of two stainless steel cleaning tanks, a rinsing tank, a cylinder lifting vertical throwing system, and a horizontal movement system, which work continuously. The homework process is as follows:

A、 The operator pushes the product basket (box) containing the workpiece into the spray cleaning tank through the user's own small car;

B、 Press the rotary spray start switch with both hands;

1． After the pneumatic lifting door automatically descends and closes;

2． The spray pump automatically starts, driving the rotating spray pipe to rotate and start the up, down, left, right circular spray (time can be set)

3． After the spraying is completed, the water pump automatically shuts down, the exhaust fan automatically opens, and the closed door is opened.

C、 Pull the product basket (box) that has been spray cleaned onto the self provided cart.

D、 Push the self provided car to the joint of the lifting platform and push the product basket (box) onto the lifting platform.

E、 Press the platform lifting switch, and the platform will automatically rise. After aligning with the ultrasonic slot lifting bracket, push the product basket (box) onto the lifting bracket.

F、 Press the ultrasonic cleaning button with both hands.

1． After the pneumatic lifting door automatically descends and closes;

2． The bracket automatically descends into the ultrasonic groove for ultrasonic cleaning (time adjustable)

3． After cleaning, the ultrasonic waves will automatically stop, and the bracket will rise to a high position and automatically open and close the door.

4． After draining, manually pull the washed product basket (box) onto the lifting platform.

5． Press the button to lower the lifting platform to a low position.

G、 At this point, the operator can launch their own vehicle to retrieve a new product basket (box) and repeat the above actions.

H、 The operator pushes the washed products into an empty self-contained truck and pulls them away for unloading.
