1、 A shower room is a purification device that is a passage set up for workers to enter and exit the clean area. It can remove dust from the surfaces of people and objects, reducing the amount of dust brought into the clean room. Simultaneously serving as an airlock to prevent unclean air from entering. To meet the cleanliness requirements of the clean room in conjunction with the clean air conditioning system.

Working principle: The clean airflow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is blown onto the person from all directions by a rotatable nozzle, thereby removing dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered through primary and high-efficiency filters and recycled back into the air shower area. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the air shower, the nozzle outlet of the air shower room is designed with a wind speed of over 25m/s, and the wind speed blowing onto the person is 18m/s. The initial air shower time set at the factory is 15 seconds.
