The NH3 5250 analyzer developed by ECM Corporation in the United States is a high-performance, sturdy, and durable NH3 analyzer used for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system NH3 measurement in diesel engines and lean burn engines. It is installed through ceramic sensors for measuring NH3 in engine exhaust pipes. The technical advantages of this ceramic sensor are simple use, fast measurement, compact design, and durability. No need for sampling pipelines or sampling air pumps, simplifying installation and ensuring fast response. The communication cable between the sensor and the host can reach up to 100 meters in length without any loss in response time and accuracy. The calibration data of the sensor is stored in the storage chip of the connector, and users can calibrate the zero point and span of the sensor at any time. New calibration data is also stored in the storage chip of the connector.
The NH3 5250 analyzer is compatible with any fuel type, and all sensor parameters including sensor voltage, resistance, and heating voltage can be displayed and output. Can add a second NH3 measurement channel and display and output it. The optional pressure compensation kit is used for measuring accuracy compensation under high exhaust gas pressure conditions.
