Absolute EXT series linear grating ruler
The non-contact open grating ruler is suitable for high-precision and high-speed applications.
All electronic and optical components are integrated inside the reading head, and the fixing method of the reading head is relatively flexible, which can be fixed through the fixing holes on its top or side.
The reading head is equipped with an installation indicator LED, which can assist in indicating whether the installation size meets the standard; The reading head can also be connected to a 1-meter or 3-meter cable with a plug. The steel strip scale is a 10mm wide, highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel strip, and the optical signal acquisition is reflective. The steel tape ruler is installed inside the aluminum guide reinforcement plate. There are two types of reinforcement plates to choose from: one comes with adhesive backing on the back, which can be directly attached to the surface of the tested device; Another type is with fixed holes, which can be installed on the surface of the tested equipment with screws.
