YQSH series submersible seawater three-phase asynchronous motor【Stainless steel submersible motor】, is a new product developed based on the introduction of technology from the German company Ritz. This product is a wet filled water seal structure, mainly used for driving submersible pumps to extract seawater from offshore platforms, and can also be used in other water quality with high chloride ions. The important components of the electric motor, such as the guide bearing and thrust bearing, have adopted new structures and materials, and a series of special designs have been adopted in sealing and anti-corrosion. They have the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, long service life, easy maintenance, and high power performance indicators.
Conditions of Use
a. The electric motor should be completely submerged in seawater, with a depth of no more than 70m and a minimum distance of 5m from the seabed.
b. The electric motor operates continuously.
c. The seawater temperature shall not exceed 30 ℃.
d. The motor should be used vertically, and a water absorbing cover should be added during use to ensure that the flow velocity of water passing through the surface of the motor is greater than 0.5m/s
e. The electric motor must be filled with clean water or other water solutions prepared according to the prescribed ratio.
