9110 type
The TSI 9110 portable particle counter can accurately measure particles up to 0.100 micrometers. The helium neon laser technology it uses can greatly improve the signal-to-noise ratio. The 9110 model fully complies with the ISO-14644-1 standard and is the best choice for verifying first and second level clean rooms. This instrument can be used for monitoring clean rooms, process monitoring, and membrane testing.
The 9110 model can generate reports that meet or do not comply with ISO 14644-1. It can not only be used as an independent particle counter, but also in conjunction with devices such as
FMS5 and other equipment monitoring systems are compatible.
The 9110 laser particle counter strictly complies with the ISO 21501-4 protocol.
