The 6-S type shaker is a type of equipment for selecting fine ore beneficiation. Based on the high metal ratio, the fine material is ground by an energy-saving ball mill, and whether to purify it through a spiral chute is selected according to the mineral situation. Then, it enters the next process of 6S shaker for purification.

It is mainly used for the separation of rare and precious metal ores such as sand gold, silver, lead and zinc, tantalum niobium, tin, etc. It is also used for gold recovery from tailings. The 6-S shaker combines domestic shaker and gravity beneficiation technology, with advantages such as high enrichment ratio, good separation efficiency, and simple operation, and can obtain the final concentrate and tailings in one go. Compared with traditional craftsmanship, it has the advantages of no need for chemicals, low energy consumption, and easy management, and has a higher cost performance ratio.
