The GX2065 adopts a compact single slot 3U PXI format, providing a unique combination of functionality, resolution, accuracy, and speed. With bit resolution, 0.005% basic DCV reading accuracy, and up to 3500 reads per second (rps), it ensures accurate, fast, and repeatable measurements. All measurement functions, including digital functions, are isolated from the PXI bus - providing true differential functionality and floating measurements. The onboard controller completes the necessary DMM and digitizer calculations to minimize PXI control bus overhead.

The GX2065 is designed as a versatile DMM and provides all the functions related to standard desktop DMMs, including,,, 2 and 4-wire resistance measurement, as well as current measurement. In addition, GX2065 has the performance of a 3MHz, 16 bit, isolated input digitizer, allowing users to collect and analyze waveforms. Built in analysis and waveform functions, including RMS, mean, peak to peak, and peak to average measurements. The digitizer can store up to 8192 sample points and supports frequency and period measurements up to 500kHz. Its external TTL trigger can be used for DMM measurement trigger through PXI bus or front panel.

Programming and Software

GX2065 supports GXDMM software package, which includes virtual instrument panel, Windows 32/64 bit DLL driver library, and documentation. The virtual panel can be used for interactive programming, controlling the instrument displayed in the window, and displaying the current settings and status of the instrument. In addition, interface files are provided to support access to programming tools and languages such as ATEasy LabVIEW、LabVIEW/Real-Time、C/C++、Microsoft Visual Basic ®、 Delphi and Pascal. The online help document and PDF user guide contain instructions for installation, use, and board programming. At the same time, it also supports SM2040&SM2060 compatible drivers, allowing users to easily update existing applications to GX2065. Independent software development package GtLinux - supports Linux 32/64 bit operating systems.
