The working principle of a double-layer glass reactor is to inject a constant temperature (high or low temperature) hot solution or coolant through the interlayer of the double-layer reactor, to heat or cool the materials inside the reactor at a constant temperature, and to provide stirring. This device can perform vacuum stirring reactions, distillation concentration reactions, separation and extraction, and reaction heating experiments. We can introduce tap water into the jacket to remove the reaction heat, and the materials can react in the reaction kettle. The evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be released from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, making the operation extremely convenient. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical small sample, medium sample experiments, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis.

2. The entire glass instrument is designed and produced using GG17 | GG3.3 high borosilicate glass, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. The interface of the glass interlayer can be heated by circulating hot oil, and low-temperature reaction can be carried out by passing frozen liquid.
4. It can react at room temperature and quickly dissipate the reflected heat with tap water.
5. The material outlet is equipped with a flange and a PTFE valve. There are no dead corners inside the container, and it is detachable for easy discharge of solid materials.
6. Five port reactor cover, with a large port design for easy cleaning, and standard port sockets for optional assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
7. The complete set of equipment is made of glass and polytetrafluoroethylene in contact with the reactants, with high strength and acid and alkali resistance, ensuring the success of the experiment.
