Place the indicator in the standard test kit, and according to national regulations, place each test kit in different positions inside the pot.
After sterilization, remove the biological indicator, squeeze out the ampoule inside, and place it together with a control tube in a 37 ℃ constant temperature box. After 48 hours, read the results.
If the sterilization tube does not change color (green), it indicates that sterilization has passed; If the sterilization tube changes color (yellow), it indicates that sterilization has not passed; The control tube cultured simultaneously should be positive (yellow).
